2009 Solitude Wines Chadonnay Carneros
September 17, 2011
Bright golden in the glass, this Chardonnay presents aromas of pear, lemon zest, coconut and floral notes. The wine is not heavy and has a very smooth feel on the palate with noticeable acidity. The well integrated flavors of pear, peach, fig and honeysuckle provide layers of enjoyment in a drier style of Chardonnay that will accompany many styles of food.
