2009 Mandolin Cabernet Sauvignon Central Coast
September 17, 2011
This 100% Cabernet is a straightforward good value wine that is easy on the wallet. Deep red color with aromas of plum, cherry and cigar wrapper. In the mouth is a medium bodied wine that presents flavors of cherry, red and blackcurrant, hints of vanilla and light oak. The acidity provides a finish that is pleasing to the palate. Drink within 2 - 4 years for best enjoyment.
