It seems to cliche to say that you will simply say "Wow!" when you taste this wine, but if you've never had one of the 'Love' wines from Mollydooker, wow might just be your first reaction - and that will be just fine with the folks at Mollydooker. The 2009 vintage was excellent for Mollydooker and the result is a catalog of wines that are amazing. The 2009 Carnival of Love Shiraz is incredibly dark in the glass and full of wonderful fragrant aromas of dark fruit, licorice, vanilla, black cherry, mocha and sweet smoke. On the palate is a chewy and luscious, mouth coating wine that is full of ripe dark fruits, mocha, sweet baking spices, black cherry and smoky oak. The flavors are defined but blend perfectly to create a wine that dances in the mouth and lingers for minutes. Outstanding - no, make that beautiful!
